This highly concentrated food colour gel is suitable for colouring fondant, icing, marzipan, creams, cakes, batters, chocolate, gum paste and more. There is no mess cause the tube is designed to control distribution very precisely, dosing easy and leave the flip cap clean. The food gel will last a long time, because you only need single drops to create the perfect colour. Add some colour to your batter, because the food colour is bake stable up to 200°C and bake a coloured cake!

The FunColours by FunCakes range will give your cakes an outstanding look and feel. The products are available in a wide range of different colours, 100% edible, Halal certified and easy to use.

Preparation: add the desired amount of colour to for example fondant or a cream, knead or stir it until the colour blends. Keep on kneading or stirring until you have the desired result.

Storage: 15°C-20°C, store in a dark place.
